pk995 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time pk995 reasonably determines that verification is appropriate. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk995 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

pk995 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or events beyond pk995's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures) may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform. pk995 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

pk995 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk995 reasonably determines that grounds for such action exist. Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting pk995 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

pk995 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. The updated version will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.
